Required Documentation for New Members
- Copy of birth certificate
- Proof of residence (i.e., top portion of utility bill showing current date, driver’s license, etc.)
- NS Health Card number
- Parent Declaration Form (any members transferring from another association must complete this form)
Registration will not be processed without all required documentation.
Payment by Credit Card
If you choose to pay by Visa or MasterCard, your credit card information will be required to complete your registration. You can choose to have three (3) equal payments (September 3rd, October 3rd and November 3rd) charged to your credit card, or have the full amount applied immediately.
Payment by Etransfer
If you choose to pay by Etransfer, payment must be sent to [email protected]. You must enter the player’s name and division in the message line. You can choose to pay in three (3) equal payments (September 3rd, October 3rd and November 3rd), or pay the full amount immediately.
Payment by Money Order
If you choose to pay by Money Order, please have Money Order made out to TASA Minor Hockey and include your player’s name. You can choose to pay in three (3) equal payments (September 3rd, October 3rd and November 3rd), or pay the full amount immediately.

VICTOR T. SHEA PLAYER ASSISTANCE FUND:
Through the generosity of the late Victor T. Shea, a fund has been established at TASA Minor Hockey to be used to help children who cannot otherwise afford registration, or the equipment costs, to play minor hockey.
