Team Manager Guidelines for TASA Minor Hockey Social Media.

If you would like something posted to our social media account’s (Facebook / X ) the team manager can email [email protected] with the following information: Team name, picture if applicable, a word for word sentence / paragraph of what you would like to see shared.

This Can Include:

Exciting moments on and off the ice.

An example of kindness, sportsmanship and leadership on and off the ice.

Team community involvement.

A special game you would like to draw attention too.

 

Things that will not be shared via TASA Minor Hockey Social Media.

Team fundraising.

Topics regarding politics.

Anything that does not abide to the TASA Minor Hockey Social Media/ Networking Policy.

SOCIAL MEDIA NETWORKING POLICY

 

Prior to sending pictures to be shared on social media, it is the team managers responsibility to ensure all players in the picture / pictures have a signed social media consent form. New Starting in the 2024 hockey season, the social media consent  form is part of the online hockey registration. Team managers will be made aware by the Tasa Registrar if there are any players on the team that HAVE NOT consented to social media. If you have a player that has not consented to social media, and you would still like to have a team picture on social media, please ensure you have covered the players face prior to emailing the picture.

 

TASA Minor Hockey executive’s reserve the right to decide if something is not appropriate for our social media page. A post that generates negative commenting that doesn’t abide by the social media / networking policy may be removed and or commenting on the post may be turned off.

TASA Minor hockey executive’s reverse the rights to make changes to the above guidelines anytime throughout the 2024-2025 hockey season.
