We are excited to be starting a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, a dedicated group of TASA members focused on ensuring that our organization fosters an inclusive atmosphere where every individual—regardless of their background, identity, or experience—can thrive and contribute to our collective success.

This committee will work on:

·         Enhancing Inclusivity: Identifying and addressing barriers to participation and ensuring that everyone feels welcome in our programs and activities.

·         Promoting Equity: Ensuring fair treatment and opportunities for all.

·         Celebrating Diversity: Embracing and honoring the rich variety of perspectives and experiences that each person brings to our community.
