TASA is currently preparing for the upcoming AGM. We are looking for 2 to 5 current members of our Association to be part of the nominating committee with respect to Executive positions whose terms are up for renewal. Certification Coordinator

Description of Role

The Certification Coordinator is responsible for administering and tracking coaching certification requirements, communicating certification opportunities, and advising Divisional VP’s of those coaches and team staff who are not in compliance with certification requirements as determined by Hockey Nova Scotia.

Qualifications/Prerequisites

2 years hockey volunteer experience; strong organizational and communication skills; ability to navigate data bases.

Fundraising Coordinator

Description of Role

The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for the effective management and administration of any initiatives approved by the TASA Executive, to benefit the Association’s overall financial status.

Qualifications/Prerequisites

1 year of hockey volunteer experience; a background and/or experience in fundraising; strong organizational and communication skills.
